Back in 1992, we couldn’t believe that there was no effective way to prevent commercial buildings from wasting millions of dollars worth of electricity on heating, cooling and lighting.
So, we created the solution ourselves.
We had a vision of a smart, occupancy-based, information-driven energy management system. After years of research and development, the first Energex prototype was born.
Growing year-to-year ever since, the Energex system can now be found in over 450,000 rooms worldwide, including major hotel chains, commercial real estate, residential units, healthcare facilities, universities and public buildings.
Being first to market allowed us to keep innovating and improving and, 20 years later, we are proud to say there are still no comparable competitors today.
